Q: What areas do you currently
ship to?
A: We currently ship to the
lower 48 states only. Under special circumstances, we will ship out of the
lower 48. This is done when a customer
requests a shipping
quote out of our normal shipping area.

business?
A: We have been operating on the
world wide web since 2001!
Q: How can I be sure it is safe
to purchase from your site?
A: We take security extremely
seriously. So much so that we do not even collect your account
information. We rely on PayPal to securely handle all our transactions.

Q: Does that mean that I need to
sign up with PayPal or have an account with them in order to purchase from
your site?
A: Absolutely not. You do not
have to be a member nor do you have to sign up for any service to purchase
from us. You may purchase any item on our site using the PayPal service as
long as you have any major credit card or debit card with the Visa or
MasterCard Logo.
Q: Do you accept other forms of
payment?
A: We also accept Money Orders
and Cashier's Checks. We do not accept personal checks at the moment. If
you would like to use either of these methods, please email a
request for payment
other than PayPal and someone will get back with you to walk you through
the process.
Q: How fast will I receive my
merchandise?
A: Depending on the product, you may receive your order anywhere between 2 days and 2 weeks.
Many smaller items ship the same day or the next working day and usually
arrive within 2 - 4 days. Larger items such as barstools and vanities may
take longer due to freight shipping's slower response method. For a
estimate of delivery to your home or office, please email us your zip code
and the item you will be purchasing.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We stand by each and every
one of our products. We pride ourselves in carrying only the best in name
branded merchandise and offer a full refund less shipping. All items must be
returned in their original packaging, unused. Returns are accepted within
72 hours of receiving your order. An RMA # must 1st be issued before
returning any product. To obtain an RMA please do so through a
request. Shipping fees
are non-refundable.
Q: What if I need more
information on a certain product or have a questions about that product?
A: You may email us any time at

for questions about any one of our products. We will have a customer
service rep try and return your email within a 24 hour period. Most of the
time, much sooner.
